3 Ready to turn your stubborn will over? Keep on stepping. 4 One giant step  toward Fearless inventory  —coming right up.

 

5 Admit, Submit, Remit. Always stepping forward. 6  Step-in-step with Higher Power to stomp out our character defects.
7  Stepping up with Humility will help  remove our shortcomings. 8  Making Amends is a Step in the right direction! 9  Our making amend Steps of courage must not injure others. 10 Personal Inventory steps ONE DAY AT A TIME- keeps us honest. 11  Prayer and meditation lead to Steps of understanding 12 Spiritual steps awaken a message of hope for self and others. 13  Make amends. Reconcile with yourself. Live!
14    Meditate.

Let go and let God. Spend the day outside. Accept natures free gifts

15 Martin Luther King Day        Let’s make today a day of kindness toward all. 16    Carry your message of hope to others.

 

17 List three of your best qualities. I know You have more Might as well list them all. 18     Smiles are contagious – – share yours with others. 19 Easy does it.

Celebrate Friday with an AA Slogan. What’s your favorite slogan?

20  It’s Saturday. Loosen up. Don’t make your bed. Be carefree.
21  Today is “National Hug Day.” Need I say more? Hugs to y’all 22

Follow the recovery path to emotional healing.

23Get magic markers, crayons, or pen. Draw a picture of Serenity. 24 Chose a positive, motivating event to make your day special. And enjoy it! 25  It’s Friday Eve. Feeling weary? Get a new lease on life. Attend a 12-Step meeting.

 

26  Say Cheese! Take a selfie next to a tree. Let’s show how deep our roots of recovery reach. 27  Hooray! Made it to the weekend. Watch a feel-good movie or feel good by helping a friend.
28  Let your dream be your guiding light. Today, tomorrow, forever. 29  Another Manic Monday? I believe you and your Higher Power will make it manageable. 30  Be the Sunshine!
