Do I set it forward or back one hour? What is that saying? Oh, yes, “Spring forward, fall back.”
Daylight saving time, the yearly time change colloquially known as daylight savings, is set to start tomorrow morning, March 8th, at 2:00 AM. This means most Americans will lose an hour of sleep when they “spring forward” this weekend.

There are, however, two states that don’t observe daylight saving time: Hawaii and Arizona, except for the Navajo Nation in the northeast part of the Grand Canyon State. The territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands also don’t change their clocks.

Regardless of where we live, my prayer is that we will all use the extra hour of daylight to reignite our goodness. Acknowledge the light within, and every day will be a daily saving time-of-hope kind of day
And so, God willing, we will move forward to further understanding (Hebrews 6-3). NLT
