One reason some people may have a problem with growing spiritually mature is they hear “Spiritual” and mistake it for being religious. And goodness knows, no one wants to be labeled a religious fanatic.

But, spirituality is not a religion! It is a process of caring enough about ourselves to cultivate a sense of peace and purpose in our souls.
