But, spirituality is not a religion! It is a process of caring enough about ourselves to cultivate a sense of peace and purpose in our souls.

Evidence that our spiritual base may be suffering can be determined by our minute-to-minute manic activity levels. Could our lack of spiritual strength be the reason we act out and avoid taking the first step? It takes a healthy sense of Spiritual infilling to Step out and —
